Legal basis and purposes
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Processing takes place in particular to provide the website, answer requests, handle bookings, maintain website security and fulfil legal obligations.
This may include contact details, request content, travel dates, booking data and technical access data.
Hosting and server logs
When visiting the website, technically necessary access data is processed, such as IP address, date and time, visited pages, referrer, browser and operating system. This supports stable, secure and error-free website delivery.
Contact form, email and phone
When you contact us, we process your details to answer the request and possible follow-up questions. The contact form uses Formspark to transmit the form message. When you submit the form, the entered data is transferred to Formspark and forwarded to us. You can also contact us directly by email or phone.
Seekda/Hotelpac booking widget
Dates, prices and booking steps are provided through the embedded Seekda/Hotelpac widget. The provider may process travel dates, number of guests, language settings, technical access data and information entered during the booking process. The steps and confirmations shown in the widget apply to binding bookings.
Google Maps
Maps load only after your consent. Loading the map connects to Google Maps. Technical data such as IP address and browser information may be transferred to Google. Further details are available in Google's privacy information.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use technically necessary cookies or local storage, for example to remember map consent or to run embedded services correctly. No own marketing tracking is installed on this website.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be transferred to technical service providers and embedded providers, especially Formspark, Seekda/Hotelpac and Google Maps. Processing may take place outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. We select services with appropriate privacy safeguards.
Retention
We store personal data only for as long as required for the stated purposes, legal obligations, documentation or legitimate interests.
Your rights
